It features up to 256 macrocells and supports up to 1.6 million gates, as well as up to 12MHz of operating frequency. The device also includes dedicated 8-bit microprocessor interface, register-based distributed RAM, and embedded block select RAM. It also provides user-selectable I/O standards and up to 624 I/O pins.
