Product Description:
The TPS54062DRBR is a synchronous step-down DC/DC converter with an integrated high-side MOSFET. It is designed to provide a regulated output voltage with an input voltage range from 4.5 V to 24 V. This device supports up to 8 A of continuous output current over an adjustable output voltage range of 0.8 V to 5.5 V. The TPS54062DRBR offers an extensive feature set including an adjustable switching frequency up to 2.2 MHz, programmable soft-start, hiccup over-current protection, pre-biased startup, and a power good indicator.
